Annealer

Application：

Finalize the fiber tension state, drying the front area, finalize the rear area. The roller has two types of siphon and jacket, which can meet different heating media such as saturated steam, heat conduction oil and hot water.

Crimper

Capacity：Maximum of 225 t/d

The continuous supply of straight wire bundles is sent into the crimping box by a pair of upper and lower crimping rollers, and the main pressure of the crimping roller and the back pressure of the crimping box are adjusted to make the wire bundles get uniform crimping. Continuous rotation of the sealing side plate of the crimp box improves the quality of the tow.
